About Us
Hi! I'm Sammantha, the one woman army behind the face of TWOC! I am the wife of a blue collar man, a mom of 4 kids(2 of my own and 2 from my husband) and a dog mom!
I began the journey into handmade clothing in 2019 when my son was an infant. I sewed a few of his swaddles to bring him home, but then I started making BOWS for my daughter. I realized that bows were super commonly found but clothing was a bit harder to find..at the time. I stopped making bows and started with bummies, shorties & a romper style we still offer called the Finn Romper! I started with a 1990s Singer machine that was my grandmothers! Needless to say, an upgrade was needed.
Covid surged in my home state and I stopped making clothing and moved to offering masks for those who needed. I made over 300 masks in under 3 months and shipped them to 35 different states! That definitely helped to sharpen my sewing skills but I still needed to get a machine from possibly this century Haha! In 2020 My husband bought me my first serger as a gift to help "jump start" my business(it was right before Valentine's Day so he got lucky there). Then I knew the sky was the limit!
As time moved forward so did my skills. I started offering more styles, collabing with shoppers & gaining customers from all over. Nothing comes without hiccups and my shop has not been all sunshine and rainbows, but pushing through with the help of my amazing home support and the reps & friends I have gained, has made my small shop last all these years!
I currently offer over 50 styles in my shop, I offer preorders, custom orders & RTS(ready to ship) for all shopping preferences. We offer clip & nylon bow options, and a few other accessory styles such as scrunchies, twisted wraps, bunny-ears scrunchies & more! Items found on our website are RTS and ready to head to their new homes!
